Joyce Lau is the UAE Country Manager and Middle East & Africa Expansion Lead at Wise.

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. With 12.8 million active customers, Wise processed in fiscal year 2024 approximately £119 billion in cross-border transactions, saving customers around £1.8 billion.

She joined Wise in 2021 to drive expansion in the APAC region. Prior to Wise, Joyce held various positions at Bank Negara Malaysia, where she specialized in policies for financial sector development with a focus in fintech and payments.
