Zakari Mumuni is the Director of Financial Markets Department at the Bank of Ghana and a member of the MPC of the Bank. His prior roles have included head of Macroeconomic Modelling and Forecasting, and Special Assistant to the Governor.

Zakari holds a PhD in Economics from the School of Economics, University of Nottingham, UK.
