Usman is a seasoned remittance professional with over 19 years of varied experience across regions within the remittance industry. Since joining Instant Cash, he has managed global operations, treasury, customer support and business. He was key in setting up the IC - UK business and successfully running the same during his tenure there. In his current role as, COO he is focused on ensuring world class operational support to both internal and external customers through SLA management, project implementation, funds and margin management and credit monitoring. He plays a key role in ensuring that IC is continuously adopting compliant operational processes and in supporting the network expansion across the world.

Prior to IC, Usman worked with the Lakson group of companies.
