Sagheer Mufti is the Chief Operating Officer at HBL. He is responsible for building a corporate culture based on operational excellence and technological capabilities. He oversees the Bank’s operations, shared services, and control functions including Cyber Security, Business Continuity, Legal, Marketing & Corporate Affairs and leads HBL’s Digital Transformation agenda. He served as the COO for ADIB based in Abu Dhabi, and worked 34 years at Citi in leadership roles. He has more than 40 years of experience within the financial industry.
