AzamPay is a financial technology company specializing in the digitization of commerce, payment services and logistics across Sub Sahara Africa. After successfully launched Sarafu eCommerce to digitize the supply chain and logistics in Tanzania in 2016, AzamPay conceived and launched its full fledge  payment service suite in 2020 through its Payment Gateway to facilitate merchant payments. The Company has recently launched AzamPesa,  a first-of-its-kind electronic money service which allow customers (individuals and businesses in Tanzania) to perform activities such as send and receive money, payments of goods and services such as AzamTV subscription, Ferry ticket purchasing, Government payments, MasterCard QR integration and also allows its subscribers/customers to withdraw cash from their wallets. The Company’s strategy is to provide the opportunity for growth beyond person-to-person money transfer to include enterprise and merchant payments, financial service and other mobile commerce activities.

The focus is to expand digital financial services through our partnership with financial services providers including Banks and other micro finance institutions thus assisting in meeting our subscribers/customers’ demands for integrated financial services.
