Tulio Portella has been working in the Brazilian foreign exchange market for 10 years and is the
Commercial and Retail Director of the B&T Group.

He started at B&T brokerage as a trainee and quickly conquered his space within the company.
After a trainee period, he implemented and structured the commercial area for the brokerage.

"Since the first year we have beaten all targets, which has given us the strength to position B&T
among the largest foreign exchange brokers in the country." He recently took over the group's
retail arm, Europa Câmbio, renewing the business model and reaching another level of
competitiveness in the market.

He holds an MBA in Foreign Trade and International Business from FGV and a postgraduate degree
in Family Business Management from PUC RIO.
