Thales Freitas has more than 15 years of experience in the finance, B2B technology and
fintech industries, and has built a solid career in the capital markets, having specialized in
developing and managing businesses in emerging segments.

Graduated in Economics from Ibmec, Thales was Country Manager at Global66 and,
previously, served in leadership roles in companies such as Citibank and HSBC, working in
different countries in Latin America and in the United States.

He assumed the position of CEO of Bitso in Brazil in April 2022, with the aim of expanding
the usability, accessibility and security of crypto assets and accelerating the financial
inclusion of Brazilians.
