Rodrigo Xavier is a Business Administrator and Economist, with a strong focus on technology and
highly skilled at finance and strategic planning. He graduated from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa
Insper.

This year he was part of the Brazilian Exchange Association (ABRACAM) committee with Brazil’s
Central Bank regarding the regulation of gambling and gaming in Brazil. He currently is OZ Group
partner and CEO.

In a bit over 2 years, since Rodrigo assumed as OZ's CEO at the end of 2019, OZ became a significant
player in the Brazilian exchange market integrating the Top 10 foreign exchange brokerage in Brazil.
In 2020, he founded Xavi pay, the payment institution that now belongs to OZ Group and is focused
on developing cross-border technology and mass payments in Brazil.
