Ricardo Amaral is the President of Western Union in Brazil and also the responsible for
expanding Digital Banking into LACA.

Ricardo worked in several countries in Latin America and was the leader for the process
of accelerating Western Union’s omni-channel expansion in Brazil, bridging both the
physical and the digital worlds. He is now focusing on expanding the company’s
financial ecosystem into new countries.
