PhD and Master in Commercial Law from USP. Bachelor in Economics from Unicamp and in Law
from USP.

Specialist at the Central Bank of Brazil since 2008, with experience in regulation and supervision of
the Brazilian Payment System (SPB) and National Financial System (SFN), he coordinated the
normative consolidation of the SPB within the BCB and participates in the regulatory Sandbox, the
Interdepartmental Tokenization Working Group (GTI) and the digital real pilot.

Professor at FGV LAW since 2019 in the disciplines of finance, economics, economic analysis of
contracts and cryptoassets.
