Nathalia is an Executive Director at Nomad, a fintech specialized in global financial services. She
acts as General Counsel and Chief Risk Management Officer, being responsible for the Legal, Risk,
Governance, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Privacy and Data Protection areas.

Before joining the Fintech universe, she served as Vice President & Counsel at Bank of America,
working for 8 years with Global Banking and Markets and Investment Banking.

She was also a member of the BM&FBOVESPA (now B3 S.A.) team for almost 5 years, in project
structuring, and advocated in international capital markets.
