Jun Makuta is a partner in TozziniFreire Advogados' Gaming & e-Sports practice group, as well as
in the Infrastructure and Energy, Corporate and Foreign Investment, M&A practice groups and one
of the coordinators of the firm's Japan Desk.

He has extensive experience in structuring gaming operations in Brazil, including lotteries, sports
betting and casinos, as well as in government relations on behalf of major players in the sector.

He graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP), specialized in Contracts at
the University Extension Center, specialized in Economic and Corporate Law at the Getúlio Vargas
Foundation (FGV) and specialized in Business Management at the São Paulo Business School.
