Administrator with a post-graduate degree from the University of Brasilia, retired employee from
the Central Bank of Brazil, with over 38 years of work dedicated to the Institution, 32 of which in
the foreign exchange and international capitals area.

Currently, he is Executive Director of GMS Perspectivas, Consultant of several financial market
institutions, Speaker and Writer, author of the book "Câmbio e Capitais Internacionais - O
Relacionamento Financeiro do Brasil com o Exterior" of 2016, Editora Aduaneiras.
