Head of the International Organizations Division of the Special Advisor's Office for International
Affairs of the Ministry of Science and Technology from 1997 to 1999, where he was in charge of
advising on multilateral cooperation.

International Affairs Advisor to the Presidency of COAF from 1999 to 2001, in charge of the
Council's cooperation, both bilateral and multilateral, in addition to advising the President or
representing him in international forums and meetings, but also in Brazilian delegations in Brazil or
abroad. He also participated as an expert in several country evaluations on money laundering and
financing of terrorism within the framework of international groups and worked in the national
coordination of all evaluations of Brazil by these organizations.

He recently assumed as President of IPLD and also works as Director-General of Commerce of AML
Risco Reputational.
