Trans-Fast of US to remit money through Southeast Bank

On 7 July 2009, Southeast Bank Limited, a scheduled commercial bank in Bangladesh, entered into a money transfer agreement with Trans-Fast Remittance LLC of the USA, a financial services company. The agreement would enable Bangladeshi expatriates, settled in the different states of the United States, to send money to people in Bangladesh through electronic fund transfer facility through Southeast Bank. The service would allow the beneficiaries in Bangladesh not only to pick up cash from any of the branches of Southeast Bank, but also could have the money credited to their accounts with Southeast Bank orwith any other bank in Bangladesh.
