Remittances Customer Charter Launched by DFID

The UK Department for International Development launched its Remittances Customer Charter, which is intended to help provide a standard for money transfer operators and create customer confidence. The success and adoption of the Charter by money transfer businesses is as important to the industry as to its customers. Some of the conditions will be declaration of fees, charges, time frame, exchange rates, and cancellation procedure.
