Allahabad Bank adds MoneyGram International's money transfer service

On 19 July 2009, Allahabad Bank, one of the leading nationalised banks in India, indicated that it is adding MoneyGram International's money transfer services to its core banking service branch locations. The bank's expansion of money transfer services would provide more value added services and greater convenience to its customers. The bank's customers would have a wide choice of remittances of funds through RTGS, NEFT, and ECS within the country and receive remittance of funds from foreign countries through the channel provided by MoneyGram.
